How do I cancel?

Any time, from the Clickable panel: open your account (the gear icon) and press “Manage subscription and invoices”. You keep Plus until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Plus starts as soon as you pay, and you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Refund policy.

Who handles payment and receipts?

Paddle is the merchant of record for Clickable Plus. Paddle handles payment, VAT and receipts, so you’ll see Paddle on your bank statement and receive receipts from them by email.

What happens if I use all 150 tasks?

You can’t start new tasks until your tasks renew on your monthly date, shown in the panel. You’re never charged extra.
