What happens when a website asks me to sign in?

Updated

Clickable pauses on Cl@ve, Google, Microsoft, GOV.UK, Government Gateway and NHS sign-in, and carries on when you're back.

Signing in is yours to do. When a website sends you to the sign-in pages of Cl@ve, Google, Microsoft, GOV.UK One Login, Government Gateway or NHS login, Clickable pauses and doesn’t read that page. The panel says You’re signing in with….

Sign in as usual. When you’re back on the website, Clickable carries on with the next step. Press I’m back if it doesn’t notice. If you’d like help on the sign-in page itself, press Help me on this page.

On any other website’s login form, Clickable can guide you, but your password and anything you type are never sent.
