How do I check my Spanish pension payments online?

See your Spanish pension payments, your annual update letter and a pension certificate in the Seguridad Social’s online personal area.
If you receive a pension from the Spanish Social Security, you can see your payments in Tu Seguridad Social, the personal area of the Seguridad Social’s online office. There you can also download a pension certificate and, usually, the yearly letter about your pension’s update (revalorización). You sign in with Cl@ve or a digital certificate.
What you need
- Your DNI or NIE
- Cl@ve or a digital certificate to sign in
- A device where you can open and save PDF files
Steps
Open the Seguridad Social online office
Go to sede.seg-social.gob.es and look for Tu Seguridad Social, the personal area for citizens.
Sign in
Choose how to identify yourself, for example Cl@ve or a digital certificate. You sign in yourself.
Go to the pensions section
In your personal area, open the section about your pensions or benefits.
Check your payments
Look at the amounts and dates of your recent payments. The details shown may vary depending on the type of pension.
Download a certificate or the update letter
For proof of your pension, open Ciudadanos, then Pensiones, on the Sede Electrónica de la Seguridad Social. Choose Certificado de prestaciones or Certificado integral de prestaciones, or Certificado de revalorización de pensiones for this year's update. Certificado de retenciones e ingresos a cuenta del IRPF shows what you were paid over the last five years. Save the PDF.
